MONITORING AND EVALUATION

The CiNTL M&E team has earned a reputation for its excellence in the field of public health research. They have flexibity to place a Certified Medical Doctors (MD) which usually comes at the request of the  client if needed.   The CiNTL Research Associate (CintlRA) Manager has an advanced degree in public health, biological sciences or nursing and an average 5 years of experience in publich health and development.   Their responsibilities include and are restricted to monitor, review and evaluate all research documents to ensure that all data being collected follows GCP (Good Clinical Practice) USA, EU, Africa, Latin America, Asia and Middle East guidelines (dependent on their geographical distribution). The integrity of data collection includes electronic monitoring visit reports, protocol compliance assessment and query resolutions. Training for drug, disease and protocol are based on individual projects where applicable. Moreover, they have the capability to conduct virtual online presentations that save the client travel time and money.
